PLANS FOR A LARGER
3 BEDROOM HOUSE
These plans have been drawn up my Margarita and Armin Kaske together
with
Mani Developments. They are not specific to any customer.
These additional plans are intended to show that all plans are flexible
and that we can alter them to suite
the requirements of the customer. Such a house is particularly suited
to a flat area of land such as
Dio Alonia (rather than on a slope) where the views are enhanced
from the upstairs living area and
the large upstairs terrace.
This house being larger, we have sited it on Lot 5 at Dia Alonia
to illustrate how well these plans would suit this piece of land.

Ground Floor 1 with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a large entrance hall.
Now there is extra
space in the master bedroom for a private office/study or dressing
room. 5 french doors leading
onto the patio allow extra light and ventillation.
Ground Floor 2 has some layout changes. The second and third bedrooms
have
adjacent entrances from the hallway and one of the en-suite bathrooms
has been
enlarged to include a bath instead of a shower.
First Floor with the living area and a large terrace and pergola.
The sitting room has been
enlarged and the kitchen moved. There are three doors leading onto
the terrace and the
two french doors in the west wall have an extra window between them.
The fireplace
has been moved to the north wall.
